- Doors open 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
- No late entry permitted once the class has started.
- All classes are 90 minutes.
- All classes are beginner friendly.
- Yoga mat, large towel & water are required for class (all avail for hire/purchase at studio).
- No need to book for classes.
